In our lab, we explore intermetallics—compounds where metals and metalloids intersect. We discover novel compounds, investigate their crystal structures, as well as collaborate with other groups to look into their properties. By combining syntheses, characterization, DFT, and machine learning, we pushing the boundaries of materials science, one intermetallic at a time.
